The mission of REACH center is to provide at risk youth in the South Central section of the city of Los Angeles and surrounding areas with a safe, secure place of refuge, study and edification through structured programs and activities designed to meet the needs of each individual enabling them to tap into their potential, discover talents and gifts, reach for their dreams, graduate high school, go on to higher education and become productive members of society.
