Transitional & Permanent Housing
Not just a place to live...
It's a place to grow, heal and build.
REACH Center is committed to serving people in need of housing. We provide short-term and long-term affordable housing and supportive services. Our homes serve a diverse spectrum of individuals from different walks of life, and varying cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. We house men and women of all ages regardless of race, color, ethnicity, creed, religion, or background.
Our housing communities offer the opportunity to live in a clean, safe place of serenity, hope, growth and love. We've set a high standard for housing and the service provided to our residents is first-rate. Our homes have a homely, friendly atmosphere and offer many amenities that make for a comfortable stay. Our goal is to meet the needs of each individual which is why we take a personalized approach and offer a wide range of services to assist our residents and help them along their journey. We prioritize our residents safety, comfortability and privacy and relish the opportunity to serve all of our residents
The service provided depends on the housing placement, as our Independent Living homes do not have the same program as our Transitional Housing homes. Our Transitional Housing homes will serve as a hand up for folks experiencing homelessness or in danger of becoming homeless, ex offenders recently released from prison and people experiencing a housing crisis. Residents in Transitional Housing will be assigned a case manager who will work with them to develop a personal plan for their individual needs and will meet every week to track progress. Case managers will assist in helping the resident identify barriers in their life, address challenges, seek opportunities and accomplish goals. Program participants will attend recommended classes\programs and have access to educational and vocational resources, enabling them to obtain the skills needed to live independently, become self-sufficient and secure permanent housing. Residents staying in our Independent Living homes will also be assigned a case manager who will conduct a needs assessment and assist with helping residents access the resources and services needed to live a healthy, productive life.
These residents live independently, though have access to assistance when needed. Our Independent Living homes are primarily for individuals who are experiencing difficulties in their personal life that makes it challenging to live alone, people suffering from mental illness and other disabilities, and seniors who can still live independently but wants the security of a Independent Living community, the service\amenities provided and the option to access assistance when needed.
