REACH Center will provide a full array of services. Visitors will be able to walk in or schedule an appointment. All visitors deemed to be in need of our services will be able to access a wide range of resources. Visitors will participate in an initial assessment to identify their needs. Individuals who fit the criteria for our programs will be assigned a case manager. All enrollees will be afforded an opportunity to benefit from an individualized approach using structured programs, classes and activities with proven methodologies designed to meet the needs of each individual. Youth enrolled into the youth program can participate in the after school program and other youth services.

Through our partnerships and collaborations we will bring together local educational institutions, (administration, teachers etc.) social service providers, (social workers, human resource personnel,etc.) federal, state and local crime fighting agencies, (law enforcement, probation/parole officers) representatives of the public sectors, business owners, churches and neighborhood residents all working towards a shared goal of saving our youth, educating and elevating the disadvantaged people of Los Angeles and building the community.

Adult Services

The services, programs and activities we will have at REACH Center will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supportive Services and Resources

  • Counseling/Therapy services
  • Job readiness training in conjunction with a job placement program
  • Life Skills Class
  • Financial Literacy & Money Management Class
  • Reintegration Program
  • Transitional & Permanent Housing

Youth Services

REACH Center Youth Program will have the following programs and activities:

  • The REACH for your homework after-school program consisting of homework assistance, a tutoring program and an in-depth interactive educational computer program
  • The REACH for a book reading program
  • Case Management
  • Weekly Workshops and Awareness Groups
  • Enrichment program
  • Gang prevention/intervention program
  • Mentoring program
  • Job readiness training in conjunction with a career search and summer job program
  • Positive Life Preparations program
  • GED classes & testing
